• Site Planning and Plan drafting.
• Budget preparation.
• Licencing advice and liaison with Stakeholders and Local Authorities; particularly in relation to noise planning and management.
• Health and Safety from Method Statements to Risk Assessments and providing guidance through CDM compliance.
• Scheduling and Event Planning.
• Selection and supervision of Subcontractors.
• Specification and selection of Stage Production requirements including Staging, Lighting, Sound, AV and Backline.
